The schools will announce dates for distribution of admission and application form. For primary and secondary classes, inquiries can be made in March; while admissions for pre-primary and AS levels open by September. These are usually posted on the school website. If the child meets the requisite criteria, the admission kit will be issued to the parent. Once the parent fills and submits the application form, they will be called for a one-on one interaction with the school authorities / school heads.

4. How do you maintain teacher quality?
We have a well-qualified and experienced workforce of educators. Our CEO plans regular training and upgrades in lesson content and delivery, as well as managing student behaviour in the classroom for teachers. The curriculum being meaningful and deliberate attracts the keenest minds and those who have a passion for their subject.
5. What teaching method does the school apply?
The educational plan is carefully designed to be stress-free for students and age appropriate in its structure.
- At Kindergarten level, the curriculum is implemented using the EYFS and play-way method and includes consciously planned activities for physical, social, emotional and cognitive development.
- At Primary level, the curriculum is implemented using the Competency/Constructivist based approach which actively involves the learners in the teaching-learning process and focuses on mastery over key concepts.
- At Secondary level, the curriculum is implemented using the Learning-centred method for secondary-school education which focuses on skills and practices that enable lifelong habits of independent study and learning.
As part of our learning-by-doing philosophy, the curriculum is supplemented by field-trips, digital classrooms, laboratory work, library, worksheets (designed by our Centre for Educational Design and Publishing), support from the CARE centre, and co-curricular subjects such as physical education, music, dance, art, and craft.
6. What is the SELC Programme?
The SELC program is specially designed to build social-emotional skills in students. It helps them to understand themselves and their environment, learn skills for leadership, problem-solving, decision making, handling conflict, and being independent thinkers. It consists of:
- Life Skills Education: This is a professionally designed curriculum for students to learn about emotions, relationships, social and civic behaviour, and safety (physical and digital). The students also meet experts who discuss socially relevant issues of adolescence.
- Annual Fests: The annual fests are opportunities for all our students to display their talent in performing arts as well as in the sports field. Students learn the skills for team-work, collaboration, coordination, and creativity.
- Student Council: Students may opt to join the Student Council which works to create a positive school environment, guides students, and introduces projects that are environmentally relevant. They also provide inter-house activity in the secondary section.
- Enrichment Activities:
GRASP (Global Responsiveness and Sensitivity Program) helps all students learn the value of nature and how to conserve the resources on our planet. Students participate in overnight camps and tours.
External exams and competitions: Students can enrol for a variety of examinations and competitions in the secondary section to learn about goal-setting. These provide exposure and build confidence in students to show their talents, and test their skills and learning against their peers in the city, country and world.
- PACE: The Personal Awareness and Career Explorations program helps students of classes 6-10 to recognize their interests, aptitudes, strengths and challenges while choosing a field of higher studies and future careers.
7. Does the school provide transport?
We have outsourced our transportation facilities and students' safety is ensured by conducting regular checks on the schedules and routes. There are CCTV cameras and first aid boxes in the buses as well as female personnel. All the staff are oriented on how to handle students appropriately.
8. What are the security provisions in the school?
We have a Child Protection Policy that guides behaviour on campus to ensure students feel safe, respected, and cared for. Every staff member is aware and trained to understand and respond to children appropriately, ensuring there is no compromise in safety standards for students. All visitors to the school are screened and issued an ID. The school security is well-trained and medical facilities are accessible.
9. Are there facilities for parents?
We encourage interaction and collaboration from parents in our endeavour to provide the best for the child. Various opportunities are provided for parents like interaction days, open house, access days, among others to understand the school and provide their inputs as well. The school app keeps parents updated about their child’s classroom activity, progress and schedules.
10. What are the unique features of BCG schools?
- 100% participation: We are proud to say that each and every student of our school gets an opportunity to participate in the various annual events of the school.
- No exams and competitions: We encourage stress-free education and do not have exams and competitions till the child reaches 10 years of age. All assessments are internal.
